The 15-minute chart shows a downward pattern, while the four-hour chart shows an upward pattern, and the hourly and daily charts show no clear pattern. At the briefing's completed close, Intraday resistance at 1.1214–1.1217 was 7 pips above price, and price was approaching it. This area replaced the earlier resistance area between 1.1240 and 1.1243, which was set aside for an area nearer to price.
